Anyone who changed handle bars, found a company that makes brake hose and very reasonable. I installed 98 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic handle bars with slight modification. They are a little taller and swept back more, very comfortable but brake hose was too short. I have a 2014 Thunderbird ABS. The company is Omni services. they make brake hoses and hydraulic lines, located in Londonderry NH, they also have other locations. Made me a new hose with new fittings bent to exact shape, cost me $50.00
Highly recommend. Check out their website www.omniservices.com

I have a local hydraulic shop that will make them. They have a parts counter, I just hand it to the gent and explain what is needed.
Better and beefier than the oem's.
I'm sure there' one in your area as well
